📐 Flat surfaceLay the paper flat. Curled or angled pages distort OCR.
📏 Lined paperTables on lined or grid paper give the best row detection.
✏️ Clear handwritingPrint clearly rather than cursive. Separate letters help Tesseract.
🖼️ High resolutionUse 200 DPI or higher scans. Blurry photos hurt accuracy.
🔲 Include full tableMake sure all rows and the header row are visible in the image.
⬛ ContrastDark ink on white/light paper. Avoid coloured paper if possible.
